Trust this letter finds you in the best, of your health. 

I am very fine in my hostel. My Board Examinations have been fixed from 15th March, 20 ….

I hope to get 90% marks in the papers as I have prepared all the subjects thoroughly. 

I turn mid-night oil to achieve highest marks in the Board Examination. 

I have taken decision to compete for the medical courses available in India. I want to become a famous doctor because a doctor's profession is very noble. A doctor enjoys great respect in the society. For an ailing person, a doctor is next to God. In this profession there is widest scope to serve humanity. 

At present most of the doctors are money minded. They try to fleece the patient. I will not do that my aim is to serve humanity. Hence, instead of practicing in the city, I shall go to villages. I would give them the best treatment at the minimum. May God help me in achieving my aim!
