A rickshaw puller is a common sight in India. We can see him at bus-stops and railway stations. We can also see him at other important places. He carries people from one place to another. The life of a rickshaw puller is very hard. He has to work in the sun and shower. He has no choice about his customers. Some of his customers are heavy. Others are light. Some quarrel with him. Some even beat him. But he has to put up with all insult and abuse. There are many kinds of rickshaw pullers. Some are weak and miserable. Others are healthy and strong. Some are well-behaved and some are rude. Some drink and gamble. They waste their money. A rickshaw puller is a useful member of our society. We should treat him kindly.
