The Prize Distribution Function

A prize distribution function is an event for a school Preparations are made several days in advance. The school decorated and huge 'Pandal' was raised with big stage in it. It was to be held at 10 a.m. The chief guest arrived at the accurate time. He was received with a guard of honour. As he took seat, the Principal welcomed him. Now the function began with the 'Sarswati Vandana'. Some cultural items were presented and then came the prize distribution. First of all the prizes were given to the students, who stood first in the Central Board Examinations and followed by other students of the school. Then the sportsmen were awarded. Last of all came those who participated in the cultural programme. Finally, it came to an end and Chief Guest was thanked.
