We had placed an order of 200 woolen blankets with you vide our order no. 21/BL/GN. dated 13th October, 19.....

We have in our possession your receipt and acknowledgment letter dated 23rd October confirming the order and stating the date of delivery of the order as 3rd November, 19.....

We have not heard from you since then. Our repeated reminders to you have not been acknowledged.

In view of the above circumstances, we have no option but to rethink our proposition.

Please take the order as canceled for immediate effect.
