Dear Rahul,

At the onset of this letter, I would like to thank you for accepting Mrs. Shastri as your house guest for a week, at such short notice.

I am writing this letter for the specific purpose of introducing Mrs. Shastri to you. She is a middle-aged lady of about 40 years of age and very much a single person. Her husband passed away a few years ago. Her only daughter is a scientist, who is at present visiting North-Pole. She is short and plump. She wears glasses and generally carries a dark-colored purse. I have included a photograph of her for easy identification.

She is a lady who is very easy-tempered and is not at all fussy and demanding in her personal life. Her favorite food is rice and dal, although she does not mind an occasional dish of roasted chicken. She wears saris and has a good collection of woolen clothes.

She is visiting London for the specific purpose of attending a lecture series on the Advanced Methods of Financial Management. It is very likely that she would in fact stay with you for only a few days and then proceed to Trinity College.

Let me mention here that she enjoys old historical buildings and is in fact quite an authority on the medieval buildings. I would be very grateful to you if you could show her around the tourist destinations of London.
