Biography of Shri Swami

Shri Swami Gopal Suman Maharaj is a great spiritual guru. He was born in the holy land of Prayag in 1927. He obtained a Master’s degree from Prayag University and made a special study of Sanskrit, Hindi and English. From his childhood, he was drawn towards social ideals and took part in the freedom struggle when he was a young boy. He has been an active member of the Rashtriya Swayam Sewak Sangh devoting himself completely to the Sangh activities.

Gopalji Maharaj was given the responsibility of running the Sanskrit School in 1973. The Sanskrit School became one of the best in the field of grammar studies, law, ancient history, vedant and astrology.

Shri Gopalji Maharaj has attended and organised national and international meetings. He has arranged mabayagas, spiritual discourses and congregations regularly in different parts of the country and he has also written a book ‘Amrit Vani’.
