I hope this letter finds you in the best of health and joy. I read your letter yesterday. I'm very pleased to know about your good progress in your studies. But I was sad to know that you are not keeping good health. Health is wealth. I think you are paying to a much attention to studies at risk of your health. The real cause of your poor health is lack of physical exercise.
To be a good student is good but it is bad to be unhealthy. Take some regular exercise to keep you physically fit. Remember that a sound mind lives in a healthy body.
Do not spend your entire time on studies. You should go out in the open for a morning walk regularly. It will keep you fit for the whole day. You should play one or the other game in the evening regularly. It will also improve your health. Take care of your diet too. Eat fresh fruit regularly every day
I am sure that the above steps will definitely help you in keeping good health. Do follow my advice.
