Sir,

On behalf of the villagers of Phoolpur. I wish to bring to your kind notice the urgent need of a free dispensary in our village. It is a big village with an increasing population. It is far from the city. It is surrounded by 8 to 10 small villages. There are two schools - one primary and one secondary. There is also a small post office.

There is no qualified doctor worth the name. But there are some illiterate quacks who are playing havoc with the villager's health. The poor villagers are the mercy of God. Several times epidemics have taken place in these villages which take a heavy toll of the poor lives of the villages.

I, once again, request your honour to open a free dispensary in our village to avoid the further occurrence of epidemics. I hope a free dispensary will be opened very soon.
