Sir,

I wish to report the theft of my bicycle from outside Shah Saree Emporium, Madina Park.

I had locked and parked the bicycle outside the said Emporium at about 3 o'clock in the afternoon. As I had to make a payment to the Emporium cashier the whole transaction took only 20 minutes. At 3.20 in the afternoon when I came out I found the bicycle missing.

The details of the bicycle are as follows:

Identification Marks-A patch of yellow color on the rear mudguard. And a deep cut mark below the handle of the bicycle. My initials, XYZ, are etched on the pedals of the bicycle.

I will be grateful for your prompt action in this regard.
