Sir,

I would like to draw your attention to the sorry state of our library.

As senior students, we are required to do a lot of reference work. For this, we require the latest reference materials and books on topics relating to science, politics, history, computers, etc. We are also required to do project works and prepare models.

We, however, regret to state that there is a total lack of proper reference material. Our repeated requests to the library authorities have so far not borne any fruit. We, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter so that the library may be properly refurbished and we may satisfactorily accomplish the assigned tasks.
