Sir,

We the Sarpanches of ten villages of District Beswan, U.P. would humbly draw the kind attention of your Excellency The Governor, to the dismal state of irrigation facilities in our villages.

Nominal rainfall over the past three years has severely affected the water resources, resulting in progressively bad crops every year.

This memorial is being written by us only after failing to draw any response from the concerned irrigation department

We, therefore, have to lay the matter before Your Excellency with a request so that your words may hasten appropriate steps, to be taken by the irrigation department to hasten the development of irrigation facilities in our villages.
