I purchased an Akai Colour T.V. latest model with remote control from your showroom on 15th January. 

The T.V. is giving troublesome service from the very day of its delivery. Now it is completely out of order. It starts and stops at will. Most often it loses colour. It has caused us great anxiety. Kindly replace this piece with a fully tested piece.
