Sub. Irregular and inadequate bus service from Inderpuri.

Sir,

Through the columns of your renewed daily, I would like to draw the attention of the DTC authorities towards the poor plight of the bus service in our area, i.e., Inderpuri in the morning between 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. 

The DTC bus service is extremely poor, irregular, and inadequate. This is the time for schoolchildren to reach their different schools. There are four buses which are detailed to start from Inderpuri after every 15 minutes, but only one sometimes two buses start from here that too at irregular hours. Passengers face a lot of difficulty in reaching their destination. They are often late. School-going children are the worst hit. They are punished for late coming to their school. Although they start well in time for school but due to over-crowding and irregularity of buses they are usually late for no fault of theirs.

The residents requested the drivers to start buses on time but they pay no heed to their requests. I, on behalf of the residents of our area, request the transparent authorities to look into the matter and also to increase a few more buses in the morning to help passengers reach their destinations in time.
