My School Library

A library is an important place in every school. All good schools have a library. Our school has also a library. It is situated in the center of the school. There are about 10,000 books in it. The books are placed on open shelves. Students can use them freely. There is also a reading room. It is beautifully decorated. Photographs and paintings are hung on the walls. Chairs and tables are arranged in the reading room. Students read newspapers and magazines there. Our school library is airy and well lit. I go there daily. I read books, newspapers, and magazines there. They add to my knowledge. Going to the library is as important as going to the classroom. All should visit it.
